At this point, we would like to confess to our readers that we at The Bangalore Food Harem are big, big suckers for Andhra food and this bias might have reared its delicious head in our compilation. Nonetheless, you could sue us if we’re wrong on any of these suggestions!
1.Chicken Biryani at Meghana Foods
The Andhra-style boneless chicken biryani at Meghana’s is to die for. Heat lovers will revel in the deliciousness of this firecracker of a biryani.
2. Mutton Biryani at Nagarjuna
The mutton (not chicken) biryani at Nagarjuna is what is worth trying! The contrast of the succulent and tender mutton pieces against the biryani rice that is flavoured with an intense Andhra dry-spice mix makes it an absolute knockout.
3. Chicken Biryani at Pollamma Mess
This humble little mess offers some excellent Andhra biryani. The chicken biryani served here, is quite similar to the one at Nagarjuna but much homelier, which really only adds to its charm.
4. Chicken Biryani at Nandhini 
The oh-so-rich Nawabi biryani at Nandhini is not meant to kill time or have a conversation over. You’ve gotta shut your trap, devour it and eat like there’s no tomorrow. Period.
