HIIT It Hard: A “New You” Workout

Hey Bangalore!

Hope everyone is ready to get in their first new year/new year workout.  Just like our last workout, this one has an optional soundtrack to keep you moving and keep you motivated, so I hope everyone’s ready for some Tabata!

You will need a timer for this workout, as timing is crucial for Tabata drills! Or you’re like me and hate watching the clock, you can play this Tabata song which will keep track of the timing for you…just listen to coach!

Here’s the workout:

Pushups/Alternating pushups 20 seconds
10 seconds rest
Jump rope/Double Unders 20 seconds
10 seconds rest

Squats/Air Squats 20 seconds
10 seconds rest
Situps/Scissor Situps 20 seconds
10 seconds rest

Burpees 20 seconds
10 seconds rest
Burpees 20 seconds
10 seconds rest

Pushups/Alternating pushups 20 seconds
10 seconds rest
Jump rope/Double Unders 20 seconds
10 seconds rest

Rest one minute

Repeat 4 times!
