The Yauatcha Terrace experience – same city fav, different view!

Our fav dim sum teahouse from London is adding to the Luru skyline. Yup, it now has a spanking new rooftop bar, Yauatcha Terrace! This is a totally new alfresco experience with new cocktails, dim sum and small eats only.

When we walked in, we were blown away by the all the space. It looked like the perfect nightspot. For a Yauatcha food lover this is the perfect after-dinner spot instead of hopping on to the next spot on a Saturday night.

The Nom Nom

Some of the new dishes that we tried were the spicy chilli fried squid (yummy), stir-fry black pepper chicken and stir-fry spicy tiger prawn (a very generous portion).

What we’re glad about is, they still have all our favourite dim sum from downstairs, and that is basically what draws us here. There are only a few things that are better than some of our fav crystal dumplings, fried turnip cake, chicken and prawn shuimai, a cocktail (or two, or three) and a fab view of Luru in front of you.

The Nosh

The bar serves a variety of cocktails and mocktails, but that’s not all of course. You have the usual selection of beer, wine and whiskeys/malts.

For you tee totalers out there, the non-alcoholic signature drinks include the Nara Iced Tea and the Tokyo Cooler with lemongrass, raspberry, guava and peach juice.

So book a table, and we’ll see you Saturday xx

The Deets

Yauatcha Terrace will operate from 7pm until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and until 11pm on Sundays.
