For Bangalore born and bred Monica, home decor was something she happened to chance upon. It started off with her painting her own bookshelf at home. The fact is, everyone loves DIY, but rarely do they find time to do the same, so it made perfect sense for her to start doing simple things like frames, coasters that have now gradually grown into furniture pieces because of Luru’s increasing demand.

Each piece is given a complete makeover. It’s almost like having a brand new piece. Most of the furniture is polished, treated, prepped and painted over with their signature vintage look.
