Yup, Embassy REIT ‘s Pedal for the Planet is back! A cycling event for the public conceptualised by Embassy Group returns with its 8th edition, and this year it’s being hosted at Embassy TechVillage.
Aimed at promoting cleaner, greener ways of commuting and living, this flagship event has witnessed avid cyclists over the years from across Bengaluru pedal their way for the cause of the environment.

We absolutely heart that the event supports social causes that focuses on various environmental issues facing us today. All proceeds raised at the event will be donated to their charity partner, Colours of Life. That’s not all though, there are various other measures that have tugged our carbon-free heart-strings:
- One tree will be planted for every person who registers.
- Pedal for the Planet will be a no single use plastic zone.
- Filtered water in matkas will be the go-to hydration options at Pedal for the Planet.
- All waste will be segregated and either composted or recycled.
- At Pedal for the Planet, their lead vehicle for the cycling races will be an electric scooter.

The event will take place on Sunday, Sep 24, 2023 at Embassy TechVillage, Outer Ring Rd, near New Horizon College, and will host races in the following categories – Pro-Elite, Amateur, Fun Open & Fun Kids.
