Yup, Embassy Group’s Pedal for the Planet is back with its 3rd edition and this year it’s being hosted at Embassy Springs, Bengaluru’s largest integrated masterplanned city.
This initiative stands true to the brand’s values on sustainability and green living. This year, they aim to encourage cycling enthusiasts to interact following increasing awareness of the competitive aspect of sport and we are personally looking forward to witness increased participation this year from cycling enthusiasts all around Bangalore!

The event will take place on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 5:30 am from Embassy Springs, Devanahalli, Bengaluru and will be open to all cycling and fitness enthusiasts, from various age groups.
What are the races like?
‘Embassy Pedal for the Planet’ will include the different types of races below:
- 40 km ProElite ride open to men and women aged above 16 to encourage participation from elite athletes.
- 25 km Amateur ride open to men and women aged above 14.
- 25 kms Team ride open to men and women aged above 14.
- 15 km fun ride open to all aged above 18.
- 6 km fun ride open for youth aged below 18.
- 1 km fun ride open to kids aged below 9.

We absolutely heart that the event supports a social cause that focuses on the education of children from Government schools in the city. All proceeds raised at the event will be donated to Colours of Life, a non-profit organization striving to uplift underprivileged children by transforming government schools into institutes of excellence.
