This exclusive women-only event is entered around the concept of wellness and the need to revive it. This entails a 3 hour interactive sessions with speakers from different spheres, a health based high tea menu to enjoy and goodie bags (vouchers woohoo!) too.
Who are the speakers?
Arnold Rodrigues – A wellness speaker, who has been in the field for over 10 years, will be delivering an interactive session on how ones overall wellbeing plays an important role in maintaining the true meaning of wellness. This includes lifestyle choices of maintaining a healthy diet and in turn, mind and body.
Jesper Hougaard – a pioneer in the spa wellness field (also the Executive Director for Heaven on Earth Wellness) will also be highlighting the benefits of regular spa treatments on his talk on spas and wellness.
The Italian Head Chef, Marouane Rahali, of Bengaluru Marriott Whitefield will also give a 15 minute brief on health foods and clean eating.

A healthy High Tea menu is set up by BMW’s Executive Chef.
Goodie bags will be provided to all the participants attending which will include vouchers from both hotel and the spa.
The event is organised by Serena Spa (owned by Heaven on Earth Wellness Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Mumbai (India) and offices in Maldives, Barcelona and Singapore).The spa treatments are luxuriously pampering experiences with elements from traditional Asian wellness as well as newer international trends.
